混吃等死forever

I am tired..............................

The day before yesterday, I've answered a telephone call from Shangcai subbranch business office. Something wrong with the BDU dispance shutter and a sensor witch set in the position between the OPEN & CLOSE...

 

I told the manager to clean the sensor then reset the BDU. But the result was fail. So I tought them to open the top panel. they did it so well but close. I think they're stupid. They close it directly, the strong force destroied the frame and the triangle shelf...

 

Today, I came here for these problem. In the beginning, I disassembled the top panel and all of the wires and cables on it. then it's the turn of the triangle shelf and the frame. Everything followed my planning.

 

At about 8:00. I arrived at Xinyang long-distance bus terminal and dated a hotel smoothly. Waiting for another trouble tomorrew... good dream to myself...........

When I come back from Sanmenxia, I got another target, to repair the 8045 in Xuchang...

In fact, the error was happend on the top panel, it was sinked day by day. so the card reader and the receipt printer cannot match its exit correctly. I relax the screw, and upgrade the panel, finished... that's so great...

 

when I was happy with my success, the accident happend.. Communication error, out of seriver..

 

We checked the LAN wire, Router, change the wire, change the router. nothing improved.. it means I must change the computer.

 

shit... waiting for the parts from Beijing.....

 

BTW: I cannot bear my job, I have to change it....

A wonderful day today. I went to JIAOZUO to repair a fucking 8045. At the beginning, they said someting worng with the printer strap motor. So I change it. but......

2 hours later. only the shutter left, and i changed it. 哦了。。。。

1. Magnet test: 1F.

2. Front machine/rear machine: A2--set--00(Front machine),01(Rear machine)--set twise.

3. Set the dispence shutter: A3--set--00(Not available), 01(Available)--set twise.

4. Reset BDU: 10

5. Thickness senser gap test: 60

6. Thickness senser gap save: 61

1. Fujitsu 8045

 

software: Just some Copies & Pastes, so easy... Oh, the most important thing is to change the "read-only" into the "null" under the attribute.

 

user keyboard: Insert the Update disk, Boot from CDrom. When booting successfully, choose the "COM 6". Then choose the "Test". then download the firmware... when the download finished, Factory test it, the top 4 items is okay.....

 

2.Fujitsu 8050

 

software: Copies & Pastes, Easy as 8045... But do not forget to back up the previous "atm800" folder. so do the 8045.

 

user keyboard: Connect the keypad by the COM2, electrify the Keypad. Run the software witch u copied on the desktop. choose "COM2" then open the "*.xml" file, the password is 8 1s. download the firmware finally. cool~````

 

哦了.......

29号, 新乡, 金辉分理处的机器又出毛病了, 这是个滚刀肉, 蒸不熟煮不烂的.... 平均1周要去一趟, 烦......

于是, 本人本着"我不入地狱谁入地狱"的大无谓精神, 誓与这破B机器共存亡, 于是俺就开工了....

 

三个问题:1. 读卡器经常显示吞卡, 可是Capture里没有...

            2. 电源模块内部有问题, 经常引起其他模块状态灯不断闪烁, 重启之后就没有取款项了....

            3. 流水打印机没注册, 经常偷停...

我先把电源模块拆了, 把里面的卡,接口都重新插拔了一遍. 好了~

流水注册一下, 好了...~`

读卡器重新换了一个, 又好了~``

真TM神, 怎么这工作这么简单呢`~`````哈哈哈哈哈哈

 

1号, 去了趟焦作, 升级软件和键盘, 俺还是头一次升级键盘, 不熟啊~ 那也得升啊~ SO, 出乱子了, 下载firmware的时候突然重启了, 然后键盘失灵了, 于是就打了N个电话求救, 最后发现是键盘下面的备用电池没电, 重新插拔就好了...

 

2号, 直接转车去了三门峡, 读卡器被人蓄意破坏了, 里面塞了张半截的工行卡, 死活拿不出来, 电话支持了半天也没搞定.. 到了之后我一看! 哎呀妈呀, 真TM简单, 拿个卡一冲就出来了~`` 但是银行的人都傻了, 说:"咋这么简单呢!"...

 

回来之后, 没啥感想, 工作越做越简单了, 真没意思~```整点有难度的呗~``
